How It Works

  • This will printed on your name tag so please make sure everything is spelled correctly :)

  • Pick your excursions for the week. Please be mindful when selecting your activities as some activities may overlap and you will only get one chance to choose an activity for the day.

  • Choose your meal preferences for both Monday and Wednesday dinners at Alaia. Any meals containing allergens will be listed. If you have food allergies, please enter it in the form when prompted.

  • Once you are happy with all your selections, you can submit the form and you will receive an email confirmation with all your selections and preferences.

  • All good! You can make changes to your selections by going to your confirmation email and click the link at the bottom of the email that says “edit my submission”.

    Once you make your changes and submit, you will receive a new confirmation email with your updated selections.

    Any changes to your activities and meal preferences must be completed before August 7th.
